Victoria Boardley formed A Taste of Eloquence in Columbia Maryland in 2006.  After more than a decade of experience in catering and event planning.  The company is a reflection of Victoria's seasoned expertise and enthusiasm and pride for turning events into memorable occasion's using jaw-dropping creativity and an unmatched attention to detail.
